A very nice place to stop and grab a bite in downtown Fishkill. The Tomato cafe serves some fantastic sandwiches and pasta in a cozy little cafe setting. The service was fantastic and the setting was relaxed. The side salads and the bread were delicious. My wife absolutely loved her pasta primavera dish and the ability to get it in a smaller half portion was appreciated as we were traveling and unfortunately couldn’t take left overs with us!

Great hidden Gem in Fishkill. Everything is fresh. Amazing Red sauce.. Gio was an amazing server. So sweet & attentive. The focaccia bread was lovely and I highly recommend the personal pizzas to start or share as It's actually very large for one person. Just Perfect. Everything else was wonderful as well. Ty Gio. You made my visit fun with my Adult children.
Excellent customer service! Plenty of lunch, dinner, and dessert choices to choose from. I like that you can have a choice to eat outside and enjoy the fresh air in the front or on the back patio as well as in the dining room. I will definitely visit again!
Always good food, daily specials are always posted online and special menu when you dine in. 1/2 portions are ideal when you don’t want a full size. Soups are outstanding! Harvest Salad is my “go to” as well as eggplant parm, baked ziti (and can be made GF too). You can’t go wrong with daily specials. Pizza is excellent too!
Snowy day made! Went to visit the town and stopped in for a late lunch. My bf and I each had a special. He had shrimp and scallops with pasta and I had couscous with grilled chicken, black beans, avocado, and a mango salsa. It was delicious! We also had the bruschetta as an appetizer. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was great! Also had the apple crisp and vanilla ice cream with caramel drizzle for dessert, it was amazing! Will have to stop by again in the future.
The pizza here is absolutely fantastic. I ordered the 14 inch classic style pizza with red sauce, along with sausage, mushroom and onions. The star of the show is the crust. Delightfully crispy undercarriage with the perfect chew on the outside crust. Even after sitting on the pan at my table for 20 minutes, it was still crispy on the bottom. The red sauce is bright and flavorful, yet perfectly simple. The service was great as well. I was in the area for a couple days for business, but you can bet I will absolutely be back here the next time I’m in Fishkill.
Stopped here for lunch after coming into the area for the Stormville Flea Market. Food was delicious and the service was top notch. Parking was rough, but there are public lots and street parking within a quick walking distance. All items are fairly priced and definitely worth it.
